How much does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
Nothing up front. In most transactions the seller's side pays the buyer's agent, and where that isn't the case we agree it in writing before you see a single house, so there are no surprises at closing.
What's my home actually worth?
More than a website can tell you. Automated estimates don't know that you redid the kitchen or that the house behind you backs onto a road. Jackie will walk your home, look at what has genuinely sold nearby, and give you a range with the reasoning attached.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on price, condition and season, and anyone who promises a number without seeing the house is guessing. Jackie will show you what comparable homes in Bothell actually took, not an average pulled from the whole state.
Do I need to fix everything before listing?
Usually not. A short list of cheap, high-impact jobs almost always beats a long renovation you won't recover. We'll walk it together and tell you plainly which ones are worth doing.
What happens after I get in touch?
